Enjoy a relaxed start to your holiday with your dog in the Trattlers Hof chalets in Bad Kleinkirchheim and discover our various chalet categories in detail. When making your enquiry or booking, please let us know that you would like to bring your four-legged friend with you.

FEEL GOOD for pets & people!

We charge €20 per night for your pet (excluding food) plus a one-time final cleaning fee of €35. Please note that a maximum of one pet is allowed per chalet.

We kindly ask for your understanding that in case of excessive soiling or damage to the chalet, we may need to charge the resulting additional costs.

Your pet must be kept on a leash in all public areas outside the chalet and must never be left unattended. Naturally, pets sleep on the floor inside the chalet. Sofas, beds, chairs, and the provided terry towels are reserved for our two-legged guests.

We will be happy to recommend suitable walking routes around the chalet and in Bad Kleinkirchheim. Please observe the pasture rules and never approach grazing animals!

Chalet Classic

The Chalet Classic accommodations offer a living space of 85 m² and can host two to six guests. All chalets in this category are two-story units featuring a balcony, a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove, a private sauna, and an outdoor whirlpool. Within this category, there are three variants. Each offers the same level of comfort but accommodates a different number of guests:

  • Chalet Classic Romantic: for 2 people, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
  • Chalet Classic Family & Friends: for 3 to 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
  • Chalet Classic Family Plus: for 5 to 6 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms

Chalet Deluxe

The Deluxe Chalets are largely similar in design and furnishings but offer significantly more space with a living area of 110 m². Here, too, the panorama sauna, the heated outdoor tub, and the wood-burning stove in the living room are among the highlights. With the addition of a cozy lounge nook and an extra loggia, the Deluxe Chalets feature two further special touches. As in the Classic category, there are three variants:

  • Chalet Deluxe Romantic: for 2 people, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms
  • Chalet Deluxe Family & Friends: for 3 to 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large cozy lounge nook upstairs
  • Chalet Deluxe Family Plus: for 5 to 10 people, 3 bedrooms, 1 grand-lit bed, 1 sofa bed, 3 bathrooms

As much as you will feel at home with your dog in the chalets, there are also many reasons to spend time outside the chalets in the nature around Lake Millstatt or in the Carinthian Nockberge mountains. In the mountains in particular, there are numerous hiking trails that are also ideal for a holiday with a dog. Anyone who wants to take their four-legged friend for a dip after a long hike will find several bathing spots on the southern shore of Lake Millstatt where dogs are also allowed.

Should you need to visit a veterinarian during your holiday with your pet, we will gladly assist you in finding a nearby practice and arrange an appointment for you.
